History of Ka\u015f<\/h2>
<\/div>[vc_column_text]Modern day Ka\u015f was founded in the 4th century BC and was located in the ancient Lycian City of Antiphellos. Given it’s rich history it’s no surprise that Ka\u015f boasts the following ancient ruins in the heart of the town; an Hellenistic ampitheatre, Scarcophagus of the King and striking Rock Tombs nestled into the steep hillside.<\/p>\n

The population of Kas reached 62,000 by 2022 however this number swells in the summer months to around 110,000 as tourists flock to take in the delights of Kas.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1467643035435{margin-top: 40px !important;}”][vc_column]

How to Get to Ka\u015f<\/h2>
<\/div>[vc_column_text]The closest airport to Ka\u015f is Dalaman airport. The average drive time from Dalaman is around 2 hours. Antalya Airport is roughly a 3 hour and 15 minutes drive to Ka\u015f.<\/p>\n
